Ensure that the Velocity Client is installed and registered on the database server. See the Velocity administrator for assistance.

Create a sandbox for a database copy.

You should have the following information ready before you create a sandbox:

• The time and date of the database copy that you want to use in the sandbox.

• The server that you want to use to host the sandbox.

• Any specific configuration details for the sandbox.
